I recently read that this works….so I tried it this morning.
I made a mess trying to break the capsule open , so ultimately popped it into my mouth and chewed on it. I swirled the black liquid around my mouth for 5 minutes and then spat it out. I brushed my teeth and sure enough, they looked instantly brighter, amazing results! Who figures this stuff out?
I will keep doing this nightly for a week and will follow up with this blog post. Yes, I look like a zombie in the swirling phase and yes, my teeth are crooked 🙂
